New Gate, Wall and Driveway

I feel that moving the gate was a good idea and a very successful project.  The Liberian workers did a great job sculpting the new driveway, which was used many times by vehicles during my extended stay.  The block wall was completed in 2 days but it took about a week for me to find razor wire and an able bodied Liberian  willing to do the work for a reasonable price.  I laughed with Didier, who did the job, as he explained the dangers of the razor wire installation and completed the job while wearing no shirt.  The hanging of the gate proved to be a challenge.  It took about 8 of us to lift one door and hold it into place while the welder secured the hinges to the 9' angle iron.  Interesting watching the welder complete the job using a pair of pliers  taped to jumper cable wire which was then wired to a generator.  All in all the project was a huge improvement.
